ZUS Coffee - Queens Waterfront Q1, Bayan Lepas

Normally I order and pick up from this store but just when I am around this area. And also usually I noticed there are always many orders and so I have to wait quite long just for my coffee. The coffee is okay, as what I expect from Zus. Once a while I enjoy ordering the curry puff too, which I kinda like as well. This place has tables and chairs but very limited only and can't cater for groups larger than 4 pax so this is not really a place for coffee and chit chat with friends. Overall ok but not a great experience for me. Just a place to grab and go for coffee when you needed one.

Delicious Affogato (10000/10). The coffee was so creamy, rich, compliments the Vanilla soft serve and chocolate powder on top. Definitely will repeat again. Tried their Vienna coffee topped with Vanilla soft serve (10/10). Also tasted very delicious though a little bit on the sweet side.

Friendly and efficient Zusristas serving up amazing coffee at affordable price. The seatings are clean and comfortable too.

Tried their Italian coffee and Gula melaka coffee. The Italian double shot was bitter after taste , the gula melaka single shot was perfect balance . Reasonably cheaper , on par with the coffee quality . Atmosphere was less cozy , all glass see through , sitting inside feel being gaze by passersby without privacy . Blue glass make us feel really uncomfortable. Too bright . Seat was uncomfortable. Guess they are not expecting dine-in customer . takeaway wud be better ! The straw is made of natural ingredients, not sure what its made of , it soften like flour alike straw after few minutes . Good for environment.

I absolutely love this outlet! The baristas at ZUS Coffee Q1 Waterfront are really polite and attentive. My Spanish Latte was perfect, balanced, creamy, and full of flavour. The place feels cozy and peaceful, great for studying or just enjoying a cup of coffee while looking at the waterfront view. Dini, the staff who took my order, was so friendly and had such a lovely smile. Definitely deserves 5 stars!!!

The ambience is clean and modern, perfect for a short work session or catch-up with friends. It's not too noisy, and there's usually a good coffee aroma in the air. From creamy lattes to bold americanos, ZUS never misses.

i already bought drinks a few times here. it was nice and good. the staff is friendly. the place feels cozy .perfect spot to chill or get some work done. Definitely one of my favourite ZUS outlets so far

You've got to give the Coconut Lattes, hot and cold varieties, especially the premium CEO Coconut lattes a try! The Hot variant has a stronger taste since it is not diluted with ice. Both were ordered specifically without added sugar. I opted for Lydia(medium roast) for a well balanced taste. This place also serves the *best* Affogato varieties at very affordable prices. As a black coffee aficionado, I am impressed by the Lydia Beans(medium roast) in their Hot Americano. I like my Latte strong and this is where the CEO Latte fits in nicely. Again with the option of Lydia beans, it is smooth, creamy and nutty. Alternatively CEO Latte with Boss beans is also pleasant. There's also the CEO Coconut Latte variants. Hot Coconut Latte Lydia Beans medium roast option and Hot Coconut Latte Boss Beans dark roast options. I prefer the medium roast Lydia beans, Hot & Wholesome! For a healthy no fuss quick bite selection, I recommend the Mushroom Chicken Deluxe. The sandwich is a hybrid of a croissant and sandwich, meaning it is crunchier than a standard bun so it is best taken while it is still warm. The mushroom sauce interacts well with the chicken meat patty. Now if you fancy an occasional indulgence then order their soft serve ice cream paired with coffee known as Affogato. Ordering an Affogato is like ordering an Espresso or Americano. You have the choices of either Lydia(medium roast) or Boss(dark roast) espresso for the Affogato base. Lydia and Boss espressos in Affogato are fine. Personally though, I'd opt for Lydia. The soft serve vanilla ice cream is mild sweet. What I enjoy about the Affogatto is that it is more creamy instead of sweet. So it is a healthier choice of ice cream than conventional ice cream. Zus has updated its food menu and I am impressed especially by Swedish Meatballs with Mash and Peas. Another meatball option is Chicken Meatball Marinara Pasta. I am also very pleased by the taste of the Zus Signature Chicken Lasagna. Affordably priced, these quick bites fill your tummy and are best paired with your favourite Zus drink. Try the Mushroom Melt Sandwich. Large toasted loaf, two slices packed with mushroom slices and cheese. It is value for money compared to the price of its equivalent by an international coffee franchise. Order before 9:30 p.m. because they'll be cleaning up by then and will not accept any more orders. Also at times service might be a bit slower when staff members are on their meal breaks. P.S. The cardboard cup holders have some humorous statements. Read the fine print if you want a chuckle or a positive affirmation. What is printed on the paper cup holder that protects your fingers from heat depends on chance.
